These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale govern the use of the SocialCart platform (accessible at socialcart.co), a service operated by Keilo Studio Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17024802, registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). SocialCart is a simple and intuitive tool allowing artists and creatives to sell their physical products online. By using our platform, you fully accept these terms.
Service Description
socialcart.co allows artists and creatives to:
- Use their Instagram feed as a showcase for their online store.
- Manage orders and access analytics tools to track their sales.
- Process payments through our Stripe integration.
The platform does not allow store customization; storefronts are based on the connected Instagram account's content.
Pricing and Payments
Fees
Using socialcart.co is subject to the following fees:
- Sales commission: 5% on each transaction, in addition to fees applied by the payment provider (Stripe).
These fees are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to users prior to implementation.
Invoicing
Sellers are responsible for issuing invoices to their customers. socialcart.co does not generate invoices on behalf of sellers.
User Responsibilities
Content and Products
- Users are responsible for the content they publish (descriptions, images, prices) and the products they sell.
- The sale of illegal, prohibited, or inappropriate products (e.g., adult content, dangerous goods) is strictly forbidden.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between sellers and buyers (e.g., refunds, defective products), socialcart.co provides sellers with access to Stripe's tools but does not directly intervene in dispute resolution.
Rights and Intellectual Property
User Content
By using the platform, you grant socialcart.co the right to use any content you publish (images, descriptions, etc.) for promotional purposes. You retain intellectual property rights over your creations and products.
Platform Content
All graphical elements, logos, texts, and features of socialcart.co are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of socialcart.co. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Account Termination
Users may request the deletion of their account by emailing support@socialcart.co. Deletion will be handled manually by the socialcart.co team and may take several days. Account data will be permanently deleted.
Data Protection
socialcart.co complies with GDPR and is committed to protecting users' personal data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms
socialcart.co reserves the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
